PROPERTY:

The product has very good and high water cohesive force,very good thickening effects,convients to use.cost is 1/3 of alginate,but may give very good color yield and brilliant shade.the material has very good stability and alkali resistance;On reactive printing,it may give out very good sharpness and penetration, very good brillant tone and very good washing off.Hanle is much softer than equialent to same viscosity alginate;especially to the very sensitive color ,such as navy blue,dark black and tuiq blue,it is more obvious to these colors for soft handle. It could be blended with alginate while using to get better fluidity.

The material contains APEO free.

APPLICATIONS

Technthick R  is suitable for the following applications:

- Cellulosic fibres: printing with reactive dyestuffs for very fine sharpness.

  Technthick R can also be used in particular process,  such as resist printing and reactive

   under reactive printing (wet on wet).

-  RAYON/VISCOS :it could be used for reactive printing on rayon/viscos

  Technthick R may be applied alone or in blend with other thickeners.

COMPATIBILITY

Technthick R is compatible with major auxiliaries and chemicals normally used in different textile printing recipes as well with the specific dyestuffs classes for the above mentioned fibres.

FLOW PROPERTIES

The excellent flow properties meet all requirements of the different printing machines.

WASHABILITY

If Technthick R is used properly, it can be washed off easily ensuring a soft handle of the printed fabrics.

STORAGE

If Techthick R is kept wrapped in its original packing and stored in a cool and dry place it will remain stable and Validity: 1 year

PRESERVATION

Techthick R contains preservatives. Stock solutions and readily prepared printing pastes show good viscosity stability. These should be additionally preserved if the working conditions are extreme, such as great heat and use of untreated water.
